I have taught elementary music for 10 years. I have been married for almost 12 years and have 3 great kids ages 9, 5, and 2 1/2. I also conduct the adult choir and children's choirs for my church. I have a special love for musical theatre- which I devote June and 1/2 of July to. I had fun making a great avitar but failed to figure out how to add it to this space for some reason:( I've never taken a class on-line so I am a bit out of my comfort zone but excited to try it.

Being a tutor in a high school "Learning Center" is a whole lot different than being in an elementary school, which I did for 32 years. I had always wanted to teach at Middle School, so moved in that direction for the last two years before retiring from the regular classroom. For the last 3 years I have worked with "At Risk" students at the Middle and High School level. Janet, I too quilt.

After giving 22 years to the Winner School System, I received a RIF for the coming school year. My plans are to keep my certificate current as I don't know what the future holds for me. I have been a Rural school teacher, a 4th grade teacher, and was in the position of Elementary and Middle School Librarian. Next year they plan to fill my position with an aide. We'll see what is in store for me.

I am working on a Reading Specialist Masters from BHSU. My husband, Matt, is retiring this year from education as our Technology Administrator. My second passion is quilting!

Good Morning! I have a degree in Elementary Education K-8 and Special Education with Computer and Kindergarten Minors. I LOVE KIDS! I am currently teaching in long-term sub positions waiting for a position to open up so I can have my own classroom :) I have three children ~ Alexandra is a Sr. this year, Derrick is in 10th, and Austin is in 8th grade. My husband, Lance, and I also run our own business called Dossett Underground digging in phone/TV lines. This is my final credit for renewing my teaching certificate. I love on-line classes for the accessibility, "meeting" others, and the ease of coordinating around my schedule! I AM READY TO LEARN! I use technology as much as possible so I like to learn new things!

Hi! I'm working to renew my teaching certificate. I taught 6th grade and K-3 Reading for 9 years before staying home with my children. I have two little girls, ages 4 and 2. At times, I miss my classroom and hence truly enjoy this educational dialogue.
